I judge manga by the cover, particularly when it comes to mangaka I’ve never read, and I have about a 98% success rate. I really liked this cover, so when I read the first few pages I felt completely betrayed. I was not in the mood for a silly story, but for various reasons I kept reading. And I’m glad I did. This turned out to be very much the kind of story I was looking forward to–not quite sweet or sexy (although there is sex), but mostly intimate with some unexpectedly cute moments.
