Kagurazaka’s stories are very interesting. Reading them feels a lot like watching a detective show that isn’t so much about catching the bad guy, but more about tracing his steps leading up to the crime. That is to say, they’re more about what’s happening in each scene than what happens at the end. I like that a lot. You get to know the characters and understand their motives. The bonus prize is that the stories always end in such away that there could be more to tell, but even if there’s no continuation, you still feel that sense of closure that you get with a definitive ending.
Oh, & a Bowl’s cover is one of my favorites.
