I haven’t ordered any physical books in a while, so when I get a package I always wonder if I was sleep-shopping and should expect a stream of packages and a dent in my wallet. But this was a great surprise. The last time I thought about this, I honestly couldn’t remember whether I pledged for the print or just the digital.
I love this transformation page. It’s pretty, but my favorite part is how it solves the problem of showing a mahou shoujo transformation sequence on paper, on a single page.
I didn’t go for the hardcover because they are uncomfortable to read.
I’m really excited about this. I can’t wait to read it again.
It was a while before could figure out if I liked Louis’ style. I got used to it while reading, but now I know that I really do like it. I stopped reading the webcomic somewhere early in the second volume. I was kind of overwhelmed at the time, but I think I’ll catch up a bit soon.
This book is beautiful. I still can’t get over me actually being into a mahou shoujo story.
I got this cute little pin from the Kickstarter, too. The pin part is bent, though. But that’s fine, because I had no plans to wear it.
