I hardly know what to say about this story–I can’t explain it, though I feel like it’s on the tip of my tongue–but you have to read it. 200 pages so far. The story keeps you in suspense and entertained.
The dialogue weaves figurative and direct language so well that you’ll find yourself suspicious of which is which.
The art–various art styles–is perfect; colorful, inviting, terrifying, fanciful, gloomy, fluffy, and just across the board overflowing with everything. @modmad‘s sense of pace and mood is so good and, much like our Hero, you will be pulled in before you even realize.
